FONT FRIDAY: BEND

FONT FRIDAY: BEND

Not so long ago, I had a regularly scheduled post called Font Friday. In it I shared a great new font I found every week. I love fonts. LOVE love them. Even if I don’t know what to do with them, I always appreciate a beautiful new font. I am trying to do more of what I love and sharing all the little goodies along the way, so I thought I would bring it back. I found Bend, by Juri Zaech, on MyFonts.com, one of my favorite sources for fonts.

I’ve been looking for fun fonts to add to my upcoming newsletters to really make them pop, and this great striped font really jumped out at me. It reminds me of a pretty striped ribbon. The font also used pink in their example photos and anyone who knows me, knows that will grab my attention and make me check it out. Bend is a great example of a display font, something you could use for signs, blog banners, sale flyers. and newsletters. By the way, sign up below for my upcoming newsletters. Be the first to know about upcoming releases of original paintings. I promise they will be jam packed coupon codes and holiday goodies. Psst… they will also have free printables and goodies - so you aren’t going to want to miss it.

See! It’s simple, modern and really catchy. How can you resist? Bend would make a killer font for invitations, too. Fun, yet cool for boys and girls alike. Nowadays it is incredibly hard to find something both age appropriate and trendy, that doesn’t make be barf. I’m a mom of preteens now (can you believe it?) and good, heck decent, boy stuff is really hard to find. Fonts like these make my design searches much easier and I just had to share. Cause we are all in this together, right? Have you found any cool fonts or sources for big-little ones?
